Hey, my name is John Wrobleski. I was born in Kissimmee but raised in Saco, Maine. (Keep that first part between us.) I came back to Florida in 2012 and lived in a few spots including Key West, St. Cloud, Orlando, Lake Nona, and Kissimmee before landing in Satellite Beach. Once we hit the Space Coast, everything clicked. These beachside communities have a way of wrapping their arms around you, and this is where my wife Haley and I are raising our two daughters, Claire and Scarlett. We love it here and we are not going anywhere. I got into real estate with one goal, to help people make confident decisions and actually enjoy the process. Early on someone told me I could sell anything with dirt under it, and I took that literally. Since then I have negotiated deals across commercial properties, vacant land, and some incredible high-end waterfront homes, and everything in between. People ask me all the time what my favorite property has been. My answer is always the next one! I bring the same energy and focus to every deal, no matter the size or price point. What sets me apart is simple. I do not try to be anyone else. I have spent my life in both sales and construction, which means I know how to spot value, break things down clearly, and earn trust by keeping things honest and straightforward. I listen. I remember the details. I show up. I go all in for my clients from the first conversation to the closing table. Outside of real estate, I am usually spending time with my family at the beach, skating with my youngest, or knocking out projects around the house. I am also a huge fan of The Sopranos, and one of my favorite quotes from the show says it best: “Those who want respect give respect.” If you are looking for someone who knows the area, keeps it real, and puts in the work, I am your guy.
