I’m Kristin Haadsma, a real estate professional with over 10 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Brevard County. I was born and raised here and now live in Titusville, so I know this area inside and out and truly love the community I serve. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers because I’ve been in their shoes—I understand the challenges and questions that come with navigating the market for the first time. I’m also very familiar with down payment assistance programs and enjoy helping buyers make the most of every opportunity available to them.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy a full and joyful life with my fiancé and 12-year-old daughter. I’m also gaining a 6-year-old bonus daughter once we get married, which I’m so excited about! A fun fact about me: I’m a self-proclaimed YETI fan with quite the collection, which makes working with Blue Marlin Real Estate such a perfect fit—our shared love for all things YETI runs deep! I also have a 4.5-foot ball python named Yeti and two blonde tabby cats, Theo and Gus, who I absolutely adore. Whether I’m helping a family find their first home or relaxing with my crew (furry, scaly, and human), I bring warmth, guidance, and a genuine passion to everything I do.
